Account deletion

Delete from the app

1. Open MemoryPalace.
2. Open the MemoryPalace Plus account screen.
3. Select “Delete cloud account.”
4. Confirm the deletion.

Deletion removes the authentication account and synchronized cloud data such as palaces, spots, review schedules and history, and synchronized images. Data stored locally on the device is not deleted.

If you cannot use the app

If you cannot delete the account in the app, for example because you cannot sign in or no longer have the device, email [email protected] from the registered email address and request “MemoryPalace account deletion.” We will use only the minimum information needed to verify the request.

Subscriptions

Deleting the cloud account does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately through Google Play subscription management.

Retention

The authentication account and synchronized cloud data controlled by the MemoryPalace operator are deleted when the deletion process completes, with no post-deletion retention period for that application cloud data. Transaction records related to Google Play subscriptions or payments that are not held by Waltz for Rimy may be retained by Google or other service providers according to their legal obligations and retention policies.
