1. About this website

This website is a static site that provides information about Waltz for Rimy apps, projects, privacy, and support. At present, the website does not require visitors to create an account or enter personal information into a contact form.

2. Technical and connection information

To deliver and secure the website, our hosting and network providers may process technical information such as IP address, access time, browser, and device information. Such information may be used for service delivery, security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

3. Support communications

If you contact our support email address, we may process your email address, message content, and any information you attach as necessary to respond and investigate the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information that is not required for support.

4. App-specific privacy information

AuditoryTrain

AuditoryTrain uses the Android microphone permission (RECORD_AUDIO) so users can record their own voice during shadowing practice. Recordings are processed only in temporary storage on the device and are not transmitted or shared with Waltz for Rimy or any third party. Recording files are deleted when the user leaves the training screen.

Training progress, self-ratings, retry counts, and similar performance information are stored locally on the device and are not transmitted to an external server. The current version of AuditoryTrain does not use user accounts, advertising, analytics, or cloud synchronization.

MemoryPalace / MemoryPalace Plus

The free local features of MemoryPalace can be used without creating an account. An account using an email address is used only when you enable the optional MemoryPalace Plus cloud features.

When cloud features are enabled, sync data such as palace and spot names and ordering, review schedules and learning history, and custom number-image labels is transmitted to and stored in the cloud. If you choose cloud image sync, optimized derivative images created on the device are uploaded. Full-resolution original images are not uploaded automatically. The cloud image quota is 250 MB.

MemoryPalace Plus uses Supabase for authentication, database, and private storage, and Google Play for subscription billing. Waltz for Rimy does not receive your card number or bank account details; subscription status is checked only as needed to provide Plus features.

You can delete your MemoryPalace Plus cloud account from inside the app. Deleting it removes the cloud account and synchronized cloud data while leaving local data on the device. For deletion instructions, including when you cannot access the app, see the MemoryPalace account deletion page.

For other apps, we disclose relevant permissions, locally stored information, and third-party services as needed and keep those disclosures aligned with the app’s implementation and Google Play Data safety declarations.

5. Third-party services

Where an app uses third-party services such as app stores, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, or advertising, the terms and privacy policies of those providers may also apply. MemoryPalace Plus uses Supabase (authentication, database, and storage) and Google Play (subscription and billing). Other services are disclosed according to each app’s implementation.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as features, legal requirements, store requirements, or service providers change. Material updates will be reflected on this page together with the updated date.
